| Digital reproduction made by the user | According to the L. n. 124/2017 that modifies the art. 108 of the “Codice dei Beni Culturali”, archives and libraries’ users, for study, can freely take photos with their camera, smartphone or by tools that don’t allow a direct contact with the documents, without using flashes, stands or tripods on them. Except for materials that are subjected to copyright and the state of preservation of ancient documents and manuscripts.
